OFFICE SPACE
The Crown Building 2nd Floor office spaces are approx. 800 sq ft and 2000 sq ft. These spaces can be leased individually or combined to total 2800 sq ft office space. Restrooms are located off stairwell.
Office 1 is 800 sq ft with large north and east facing windows and historic wood floors.
Office 2 is 2000 sq ft and connects to a 20′ x 12’ deck with exterior access. Also included is a kitchenette and enclosed conference room built to rear portion of the center bay section (not shown on architectural plans below).
